We have partnered with Tenuta Cappelina on the warm slopes at the southern tip of the Chianti Classico region, to create our very own Blue Diamond wine!
And to celebrate its launch, we are giving you a chance to win a week away at this beautiful estate in the heart of the Tuscany region of Italy.
Borgo Argiano is an elegant and exclusive country wine estate located in the centre of Chianti and just 20 minutes from the historic city of Siena. Just a few minutes walk from the apartments is Argiano’s impressive cantina, here, guests can enjoy a personal behind the scenes tour of the award-winning winery, Tenuta Cappellina.
The estate stretches for 2km with most of the area covered in woodland with plenty of wildlife sighting opportunities including deer and wild boar. The lower border is defined by the river Arbia, made famous by Dante in his Divine Comedy as he described the river running red after the battle of nearby Monteaperti, where the Sienese defeated the Florentines in the 13th century battle depicted as the bloodiest battle of the Italian middle ages.
