5 Year Plant Guarantee

Blue Diamond Garden Centres are committed to providing our customers with high-quality plants. We are so confident in the quality of our hardy nursery stock that we offer a five-year guarantee from the date of purchase.

If, despite receiving proper care, your hardy plant fails to establish within five years of purchase, we will offer a replacement plant of the same type, pot size and quantity, subject to availability.

Our guarantee applies to hardy nursery stock purchased at full price, on promotion or from our reduced-to-clear sections. For plants purchased at a reduced price, any replacement or refund will be based on the original amount paid.

Where a suitable replacement is not available at the same price, we will provide a credit for the original amount paid towards a full-price replacement of the same type and pot size, or you may choose to receive a full refund of the original purchase price.

This guarantee is subject to proof of purchase with a valid receipt and the return of the plant in question. Please note that extreme climate conditions may invalidate this guarantee.
