Head Chef – East Bridgford

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join our flagship at East Bridgford.

We're looking for a talented, hands-on chef who takes pride in producing excellent food using fresh, quality ingredients and has the leadership skills to inspire and develop a kitchen team.

As our flagship establishment, this is an opportunity to be part of a high-profile food operation, playing an important role in maintaining standards, developing the food offering and delivering an excellent experience for our customers.

The Role

As Head Chef, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring food is prepared and presented to a consistently high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating and developing the kitchen team.

• Overseeing food preparation and service.

• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.

• Managing stock, ordering, food costs and wastage.

• Ensuring the kitchen is organised and operating efficiently.

• Maintaining food hygiene, health and safety and allergen standards.

• Bringing fresh ideas and creativity to the menu.

• Driving standards and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or an experienced Sous Chef ready to take the next step.

• A passion for fresh food and quality ingredients.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop a successful team.

• Good commercial awareness, including food costs and stock control.

• The ability to maintain high standards in a busy kitchen.

• A positive, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for hospitality.
