Magic Garden Assistant- Yarnton Garden Centre

Location: Yarnton Garden Centre
Hours: 7 hours per week – Sundays
Additional hours: Available during the week by arrangement

Yarnton Garden Centre is looking for a Magic Garden Assistant to join our team and help create a fun, welcoming and memorable experience for children and families visiting our award-winning indoor play and Forest School.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in supporting the day-to-day running of the Magic Garden, helping children enjoy the play areas and activities while ensuring the space is safe, clean and welcoming for everyone.

You’ll be someone who enjoys working with children, is friendly and approachable, and isn’t afraid to get stuck in. From welcoming families and helping with activities to keeping the play areas tidy and supporting the wider team, this is a varied role where every day can be different.

• Friendly, approachable and confident when working with children and families
• Enjoy creating a fun and positive environment
• Responsible and safety-conscious
• Happy working as part of a team and using your own initiative
• Reliable and organised
• Comfortable working in a busy environment
• Previous experience working with children would be beneficial, but is not essential
