Front of House Assistant- Bicester Avenue Garden Centre

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Front of House Assistant to join the team at Café Theatre, Bicester Avenue Garden Centre.

Position: Front of House Assistant
Location: Café Theatre, Bicester Avenue Garden Centre
Hours: Part Time (hours to be discussed at interview, including weekend working)

The Role

As a Front of House Assistant, you'll be the face of our Café Theatre, providing friendly and efficient service while helping to create a warm and welcoming environment for every customer.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers with a friendly and professional approach.
• Taking food and drink orders and serving customers efficiently.
• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks.
• Operating the till and processing customer transactions.
• Keeping the café clean, tidy and well presented.
• Supporting the team during busy service periods.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness and presentation.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a friendly, positive and approachable manner.
• Enjoys working as part of a team.
• Is customer-focused and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Is reliable, organised and flexible.
• Is available to work some weekends.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
