We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join the team at Café Theatre, Bicester Avenue Garden Centre.

The Role

As a Barista, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality hot and cold drinks while providing outstanding customer service in our busy Café Theatre. You'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every customer enjoys their visit.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffees, teas and speciality drinks.
• Providing friendly, professional customer service at all times.
• Taking food and drink orders and serving customers efficiently.
• Operating the coffee machine and maintaining excellent drink quality.
• Keeping the café clean, organised and well presented.
• Supporting colleagues during busy service periods.
• Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous barista experience and is confident using commercial coffee machines.
• Has a passion for coffee and delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Is friendly, approachable and enjoys working with people.
• Works well under pressure in a busy café environment.
• Is reliable, organised and a great team player.
• Is flexible and able to work weekends as part of a rota.
