We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who takes pride in producing quality food and enjoys working in a fast-paced daytime kitchen. If you're passionate about fresh food, thrive during busy services, and value having your evenings free, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Coton Orchard Garden Centre Restaurant
Hours: Part Time – 20 hours per week (3 days, including some weekend working)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard while supporting the wider team during busy service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Running your section confidently during service.
• Preparing fresh breakfasts, lunches, soups and daily specials.
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Supporting the Head Chef with the smooth running of the kitchen.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and organisation.
• Working as part of a positive and professional kitchen team.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous kitchen experience (essential).
• Is confident working in a busy kitchen environment.
• Takes pride in preparing high-quality, freshly cooked food.
• Is organised, reliable and works well under pressure.
• Enjoys working as part of a team.
• Is flexible and able to work some weekends.
