The Role

As Fashion Supervisor, you will support the Fashion Department Manager in the day-to-day running of the department, helping to ensure high standards of customer service, merchandising, and operational excellence.

You will play a key role in leading the team on the shop floor, maintaining standards, supporting colleagues, and ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with retail experience who enjoys working with people and has an eye for presentation and detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Fashion Department Manager in the daily operation of the department.
• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service.
• Assist with visual merchandising and product displays.
• Support stock replenishment, deliveries, and stock control processes.
• Help maintain high standards of presentation throughout the department.
• Provide guidance and support to team members during daily operations.
• Assist with staff training and coaching where required.
• Monitor stock availability and report any issues to the Department Manager.
• Support promotional activity and seasonal changes.
• Help ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Take responsibility for the department in the manager's absence.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous retail experience, ideally within fashion, clothing, lifestyle, or a customer-facing environment.
• Experience supervising or supporting a retail team would be advantageous.
• Passion for fashion and creating an enjoyable customer experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, proactive, and approachable.
• Good attention to detail and high standards of presentation.
• Flexible and willing to support the wider team when needed.
