We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie who takes pride in their craft — someone who enjoys the rhythm of a lively daytime kitchen and the satisfaction of consistently sending out great food.

Location: Huntingdon Garden Centre Restaurant
Hours: Full-time (closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, and Easter Sunday, with alternate weekend working)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

The Role

• Run your section with confidence during busy services
• Prepare fresh restaurant classics with consistency and care
• Deliver quality breakfasts, lunches, soups, and daily specials
• Maintain high standards in food hygiene, organisation, and prep
• Support the Head Chef in keeping the kitchen running smoothly
• Help maintain a well-organised and professional kitchen environment

About You

• A confident Chef de Partie or a strong Commis ready for the next step
• Passionate about good, honest food
• Calm, organised, and reliable under pressure
• A team player who takes pride in every plate
