Location: Sanders Garden Centre, part of the Blue Diamond Group
Hours: Part-time, 16 hours per week, including weekend working

The Role
We are currently looking for two enthusiastic Chef de Partie's with a can-do attitude for our kitchen at Sanders Garden Centre.
We would love for you to have previous experience in a similar role, with a good knowledge of food and kitchen procedures, as well as the ability to manage the back-of-house team. The successful Chef de Partie must be self-motivated, quality-driven, and keen to learn and develop.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Providing our customers with exceptional customer service
. Ensuring consistent food quality is delivered at all times
· Assisting the Head Chef & Restaurant Manager in controlling stock, minimising wastage, and working within the budget
· Providing a safe, secure, and appealing food and beverage environment by adhering to the company’s Health & Safety policies
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
· The ability to work unsupervised and work well within a team
. Knowledge of food safety and health and safety legislation
· Have a good eye for detail and creative flair
. Experiencing working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
. Excellent communication and customer service skills
. A proactive, hands-on attitude
. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
