Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Blue Diamond Garden Centres Ltd ("the Promoter").
2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Entrants must be registered members of the Blue Diamond Loyalty Club at the time of purchase and winner selection.
2.3 Employees of Blue Diamond Garden Centres, Diddly Squat Farm, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.
2.4 Proof of age, identity and Diamond Club membership may be required.
3. Promotion Period
3.1 The competition opens on 00.01am on 1st October 2026.
3.2 The competition closes at 11:59pm on 23 October 2026.
3.3 Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the prize draw.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter, customers must:
- Be a Diamond Club member.
- Purchase any qualifying product from the Diddly Squat Farm Autumn Gardening Collection during the promotional period.
4.2 Each qualifying purchase will automatically receive one entry into the prize draw.
4.3 Multiple entries are permitted. Each qualifying purchase will generate an additional entry.
4.4 No additional purchase beyond a qualifying transaction is required.
4.5 Customers who are not Diamond Club members may join during the promotional period and will be eligible for entry upon completing a qualifying purchase.
5. Prize
One winner will receive:
- A visit to Diddly Squat Farm Shop;
- Lunch for two at The Farmer's Dog;
- One overnight stay for two people;
- A £50 voucher to spend at the Diddly Squat Farm Shop.
The total prize package is subject to availability and may vary depending on booking dates and supplier arrangements.
6. Prize Conditions
6.1 Travel to and from Diddly Squat Farm, accommodation upgrades, food and drink beyond those expressly stated, spending money, insurance and any other personal expenses are not included unless specifically stated.
6.2 The prize must be taken on dates specified by the Promoter and prize partners.
6.3 The winner and guest must be over 18 years of age unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter.
6.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
6.5 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or any element of it with a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
7. Winner Selection
7.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
7.2 The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing date.
7.3 The winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their Diamond Club account.
7.4 If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Publicity
8.1 By entering, entrants agree that the Promoter may use the winner's first name, surname initial and home county for winner announcement purposes.
8.2 The winner may be invited, but is not obliged, to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will only be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
9.2 Personal information will be used for the administration of the competition and prize fulfilment.
10. General
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts contrary to these Terms & Conditions.
10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
10.3 The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.4 Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
10.5 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
