Weekend Studio Assistant - The Potting Shed Studio at Barton Grange

The Potting Shed Studio at Barton Grange is looking for a Weekend Studio Assistant to join our pottery painting team on Saturdays. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a creative environment, and takes pride in helping create memorable experiences for our guests.

About the Role

As a key member of the studio team, you will help ensure every visitor receives a warm welcome and enjoys their time with us. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting customers of all ages
• Supporting pottery painting sessions and creative activities
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting studio environment
• Processing payments and assisting with bookings
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the customer journey

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable, and confident when interacting with customers
• Reliable, trustworthy, and responsible
• Well organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• Enthusiastic, positive, and keen to learn

Previous experience in a customer-facing role is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
