Customer Resolution Advisor- Based at Redfields

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Blue Diamond as a Customer Resolution Advisor.

3 Days Per Week | Alternate Saturdays Required

This is a varied and rewarding role supporting customers across all Blue Diamond Garden Centres. As the first point of contact for customer feedback and enquiries, you will play a key role in ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience and that concerns are resolved professionally, fairly and efficiently.

Working closely with our garden centres, suppliers, delivery partners and support teams, you will investigate customer issues, identify solutions and help drive continuous improvements across the business.

The Role

As a Customer Resolution Advisor, you will:

  • Manage customer enquiries and complaints across multiple Blue Diamond Garden Centres.
  • Investigate issues thoroughly and work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Liaise with store teams, suppliers, delivery companies and internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Build positive relationships with customers while delivering a high standard of service.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all cases are managed effectively.
  • Identify trends and recurring issues, helping to improve the customer journey across the business.
  • Support the wider Customer Service team with a variety of customer-focused initiatives.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Remains calm, professional and solution-focused when handling challenging situations.
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Has strong attention to detail and good computer skills.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues across different departments and locations.
  • Previous customer service, customer care or complaint-handling experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
