Are you passionate about fashion, retail, and delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Fashion General Assistant to join our team at Worcester Garden Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in creating an enjoyable shopping experience for customers. You will help maintain high presentation standards within the fashion department while supporting the team with stock replenishment, merchandising, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing friendly and helpful customer service
• Assisting customers with product enquiries and sizing advice
• Replenishing stock and maintaining attractive displays
• Ensuring the fashion department is clean, organised, and well presented
• Supporting with deliveries and stock movement
• Assisting with visual merchandising and seasonal changes
• Operating tills and handling transactions accurately when required
• Working as part of the wider retail team to support busy trading periods

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
• Passionate about fashion and retail
• Reliable with a positive attitude
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a busy retail environment
• Flexible and able to work weekends

Previous retail or fashion experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
