Position: Fashion Supervisor

Location: Mere Park Garden Centre, part of the Blue Diamond Group

Hours: Part-time – 20 hours per week, including alternate weekends

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Fashion Supervisor to support the daily running of the fashion department. Working closely with the Fashion Manager and wider retail team, you will help deliver strong sales performance while ensuring outstanding visual standards and customer service.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with fashion retail experience who enjoys merchandising, team support, and working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every customer enjoys a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Support the maintenance and execution of inspiring visual displays that enhance product appeal and drive sales.
• Assist in motivating the team and helping to maintain a positive, productive working environment.
• Support sales growth through strong product knowledge, effective stock replenishment, and attention to detail.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures.

About You

• Experience in fashion or retail (supervisory experience desirable)
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Strong communication and team support skills
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Confident working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexible, including availability for weekends
