Chef de Partie- Holt Garden Centre

We're looking for a talented Part-Time Weekend Chef de Partie who takes pride in their craft — someone who enjoys the pace of a lively daytime kitchen and takes satisfaction in consistently delivering great food.

The difference here? Daytime hours only, no late nights, and a supportive team who care as much about the food as you do.

Location: Holt Garden Centre Restaurant
Hours: Part-time weekend role (Saturday and Sunday, with additional hours available during peak periods if desired)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

The Role

  • Run your section confidently during busy weekend services
  • Prepare fresh restaurant classics with consistency and care
  • Deliver quality breakfasts, lunches, soups, and daily specials
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, organisation, and preparation
  • Support the Head Chef in ensuring smooth kitchen operations
  • Help maintain a professional, clean, and well-organised kitchen environment
  • Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver an excellent customer experience

About You

  • An experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to take the next step
  • Passionate about producing good, honest food
  • Calm, organised, and reliable under pressure
  • Able to work efficiently during busy weekend trading periods
  • A team player who takes pride in every plate served
