Fashion Manager (1 year Fixed Term Contract)- Weybridge Garden Centre

Location: Weybridge Garden Centre (Fashion Department)
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract – Maternity Cover
Hours: Full-time, including weekends on a rota basis
Duration: Approximately 12 months

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fashion Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead our fashion department at Weybridge Garden Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded retail professional with a passion for fashion, styling, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The Role

As Fashion Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the fashion department, ensuring it is commercially successful, visually inspiring, and delivers exceptional service standards. You will lead by example, driving sales, maintaining high presentation standards, and motivating your team to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop the fashion team to deliver excellent customer service
• Drive sales performance and achieve departmental targets
• Oversee visual merchandising to ensure an inspiring and on-brand shopping environment
• Manage stock levels, replenishment, and stock accuracy
• Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to maximise profitability
• Ensure promotions and seasonal changes are implemented effectively
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organisation, and compliance within the department
• Work collaboratively with other departments and senior management

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous retail fashion management or supervisory experience
• Is passionate about fashion, styling, and current trends
• Has strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Is commercially aware with a strong understanding of KPIs and sales performance
• Has excellent visual merchandising skills and attention to detail
• Is organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy department
• Is flexible and able to work weekends as part of a rota
