Are you a dynamic hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to drive operational excellence, lead an engaged team, and deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience across every shift.

What You Will Do

As Restaurant Manager, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop talented front and back of house teams
  • Maintain outstanding service standards and atmosphere
  • Achieve financial goals through smart cost control and strong planning
  • Manage compliance responsibilities including payroll checks, time management, stock control, health & safety, and cash processes
  • Take ownership of daily operations with a proactive, solution-focused approach
  • Create a positive culture that supports performance, accountability, and retention

You will be a hands-on leader who is visible on the floor during peak trading, confident in decision-making, and passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
  • Strong ability to motivate teams and build productive working relationships
  • Knowledge of compliance routines including food safety and daily controls
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret reports and drive results
  • Calm and confident leadership style under pressure
  • Strong people management skills including recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and HR practices
  • IT confidence using MS Office, POS systems, email, spreadsheets, and management reporting
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in guest service situations
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and compliance documentation
  • Willingness to be hands-on during busy periods and lead from the front
