What you will do
As Restaurant Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a talented Front and Back team.
- Maintain outstanding service standards and ambience.
- Achieve financial goals through smart cost control and strong business planning.
- Manage compliance responsibilities including payroll checks, time management, inventory, health and safety, and cash processes.
- Take ownership of daily operations with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Create a positive culture that supports performance, accountability, and retention.
You will be a hands-on leader who is present on the floor during peak trading, confident in decision-making, and passionate about delivering service that guests remember.
What you bring
- Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
- Strong ability to motivate teams and build productive working relationships
- Knowledge of compliance routines including food safety and daily controls
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret reports and drive results
- Calm and confident leadership style under pressure
- Strong people-management skills: recruiting, training, coaching, performance management, and HR practices.
- IT proficiency: comfortable using MS Office, POS systems, email, spreadsheets, and management reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in guest-service scenarios.
- Ability to meet compliance standards, maintain rigorous documentation, and manage administrative tasks accurately.
- Willingness to be hands-on during busy periods and lead your team during shifts
