Hours: Part-Time, 18 hours per week (Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday, with overtime as required)

The Role

As a Garden Leisure and Christmas General Assistant, you’ll play a key part in maintaining high retail standards and creating inspiring displays for our customers.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll help keep the shop floor well presented, support stock management, and assist customers across our garden leisure and seasonal ranges.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and helpful customer service
• Assist with visual merchandising and display creation
• Replenish stock and maintain product presentation
• Keep the retail environment clean, safe, and welcoming
• Work as part of the team to maintain high standards
• Support seasonal promotions and Christmas displays

The Ideal Candidate

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused
• Interest in seasonal, home, and garden products
• Reliable and flexible, with availability on set days
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Retail experience is helpful but not essential (full training provided)
