The Role

As a Garden Leisure and Christmas General Assistant, you will support the team in presenting products to the highest standard and helping create displays that inspire customers.

This is a hands-on role where you will help maintain the shop floor, assist customers, and ensure our garden leisure and seasonal ranges are always looking their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful, and professional customer service
• Assist with visual merchandising and creating attractive displays
• Support stock replenishment and product presentation
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming retail environment
• Work as part of the team to ensure high retail standards are maintained
• Assist with seasonal promotions and displays when required

The Ideal Candidate

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused
• Passionate about seasonal products, home, and garden retail
• Reliable and flexible with weekend availability
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
