Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Blue Diamond Garden Centres ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

· The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

· Entrants must be registered Diamond Club members at the time of entry.

· Employees of Blue Diamond Garden Centres, their immediate family members, agents, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.

· Immediate family includes spouses, partners, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, and members of the same household.

3. How to Enter

· Make any purchase using your Diamond Club membership card between the promotion start date of 12th June 2026 and 24 June 2026 inclusive.

· Each qualifying transaction will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

· No additional purchase or entry form is required.

4. Prize

· One winner will receive two tickets to the RHS Badminton Flower Show together with afternoon tea for two at the Show, on a day of the winners choosing namely from the following dates, namely 8th to 12th July inclusive).

· The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

· The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

· The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.

· The draw will take place within 48hrs days of the closing date.

· The winner will be contacted on or before 30th June 2026 using the details associated with their Diamond Club account.

· If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond by 1st July 2026, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Data Protection

· Personal information supplied for the administration of the prize draw will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Promoter's privacy policy.

· Personal data will only be used for administering the competition unless the entrant has separately consented to receive marketing communications.

7. General

· The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

· The Promoter's decision regarding all matters relating to the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

· By participating, entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
