Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Pre-order dates are estimated by manufacturers and suppliers and may occasionally move forward or backward by up to a couple of weeks. This includes international shipments and imported products.

Depending on the product, pre-orders can either be fulfilled via home delivery or click & collect. The fulfilment method will be indicated on the product you are pre-ordering.

The estimated arrival date on a product (e.g; mid July) is relevant for the time of ordering. If the date changes after you have placed your order, it shouldn't affect the order you have already placed.

We will notify you when your order is ready for delivery/collection - this is typically a few days after arrival.
