Furniture Warranty Guide
You no longer need to register your furniture to activate your warranty with Blue Diamond.
Your proof of purchase now acts as your proof of warranty. Please keep it somewhere safe, as you may need it in the future.
This warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and materials. Each of our furniture sets is clearly marked with the warranty it carries, along with any exclusions. Please refer to the hang tag on your product or the information below for further guidance.
Should an issue arise, our expert team will assess the situation. Depending on their recommendation, we may provide replacement parts or, in some cases, a full replacement.
Please note:
Our warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or commercial use. Warranties are non-transferable and do not extend if the item is resold.
Furniture Frames – Weave, Rope, or Aluminium
We’re proud to offer a 5-year warranty as standard across all Blue Diamond furniture frames. This includes aluminium, rope, and weave construction and extends to mechanisms such as air pump tables, built-in sun loungers, and extending dining tables.
If a different warranty term applies, it will be clearly noted on your product, at the point of sale, and on our website.
Furniture ranges with integral (non-removable) fabric frames, such as the Blue Diamond Radley collection, are also covered by the 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Cushions and Covers
Cushions and covers are protected by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This includes both the inner filling and the outer fabric, covering any manufacturing faults.
Table Tops – Ceramic Glass, Glass, or Stone-Effect
Table tops crafted from ceramic glass, traditional glass, or stone-effect finishes come with a 12-month warranty. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage caused by impact, misuse, or the use of harsh cleaning products.
Amalfi Pergolas
Our industry-leading Amalfi Pergolas are backed by a 5-year warranty covering the frame, LED lighting, and mechanical components.
Screens and curtains are covered by a 12-month warranty.
