Chocolate Making Workshop at Barton Grange

The workshop begins with chocolate tasting, discussion, demonstrations of chocolate techniques and variations of ganache fillings. You will then choose your preferred type of ganache and a wide variety of additional ingredients. We will decorate using tempered chocolate. Finally we finish with packaging so you can take your delicious creations home.

Every participant goes away with a bag of their own hand made truffles (Please be aware class contains nuts and dairy)
