Delivery Driver- Barton Grange Garden Centre

We are looking for a reliable and organised Delivery Driver to join our team at Barton Grange Garden Centre, part of the Blue Diamond Group. This is a hands-on role supporting the smooth running of our deliveries and Goods In operation, ensuring stock is moved safely and efficiently.

Position: Delivery Driver
Location: Barton Grange Garden Centre – part of the Blue Diamond Group
Hours: Full time – Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm

The Role
This role involves delivering goods to customers and supporting the Goods In team to ensure stock and deliveries are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering products to customers in a safe and professional manner
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Ensuring delivery paperwork is completed accurately
• Supporting the Goods In team with receiving deliveries and checking stock
• Organising and distributing stock to the appropriate departments
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised working area
• Reporting any discrepancies or issues promptly

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, organised, and able to work well in a busy environment
• Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
• A strong team player with good communication skills
• In possession of a full, valid UK driving licence

Previous delivery, warehouse, or stock-handling experience is an advantage but not essential.
Use of manual handling equipment and a forklift (FLT) licence is desirable but not essential.
