Hours: 36 hours per week (including weekend availability)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

The Role: Front of House Supervisor

As Front of House Supervisor, you will take ownership of the restaurant floor, ensuring every guest receives a seamless and memorable dining experience. You will support the Restaurant Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the operation while confidently leading the front-of-house team.

You’ll be instrumental in maintaining a strong host mentality, especially during busy periods, ensuring service remains polished, calm, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Shift Leadership

  • Opening and closing the restaurant

  • Conducting team briefings and setting clear expectations

  • Assigning sections to front-of-house staff

  • Leading the team confidently throughout service

Guest Journey

  • Acting as the “face” of the floor

  • Managing the door and waiting list

  • Handling guest feedback gracefully and professionally

  • Ensuring tables are turned efficiently without ever rushing guests

Quality Control

  • Monitoring food and drink presentation before it reaches the table

  • Ensuring service delivery meets Chatsworth’s premium standards

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant

About You

We’re looking for a confident and professional hospitality leader with:

  • At least 1–2 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a fast-paced restaurant or premium café setting

  • A proven track record of handling guest feedback positively and maintaining composure during peak times

  • Strong communication and team leadership skills

  • A natural host mentality and passion for delivering outstanding service

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • The ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure

  • Good awareness of health & safety and food hygiene standards

You’ll be approachable, proactive, and motivated to inspire your team to deliver the very best every day.
