Hours: 42.5 hours, including alternate weekend working

The Role

As Food Hall Manager, you will take responsibility for the performance, standards, and presentation of the Food Hall area, ensuring it is commercially successful and visually inspiring.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance

• Managing stock, ordering, rotation, and minimising waste to maximise profitability

• Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation

• Analysing sales performance and implementing actions to improve results

• Working closely with the centre management team to support overall business objectives

• Supporting the team and helping deliver outstanding customer service within the Food Hall

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in food retail (e.g., farm shop, deli, supermarket retail)

• Commercially minded, with strong stock and margin management skills

• Knowledgeable about food safety, compliance, and hygiene standards

• Organised, adaptable, and hands-on in a fast-paced environment

• Customer-focused with a flair for presentation and detail
