The Role

As a General Assistant with a focus on visual merchandising, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional retail standards across the centre. Working closely with the management team, you will help design, build, and maintain eye-catching displays that showcase our products at their very best.

This is a hands-on and varied role where your creativity, initiative, and attention to detail will shine.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain inspiring visual merchandising displays across key departments
• Support seasonal changeovers, promotions, and themed events
• Ensure product presentation is consistently high, well-stocked, and visually appealing
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to customers
• Maintain a safe, clean, and attractive retail environment
• Work independently and as part of a team, adapting to business needs

The Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about retail presentation, styling, and seasonal displays
• Creative with strong attention to detail
• Confident working on your own initiative
• Flexible, reliable, and positive in approach
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Retail or visual merchandising experience is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided
