The Role
We are seeking a confident, hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee all Front of House operations and lead a large, dynamic team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service standards, driving performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities

Front of House Leadership: Oversee all FOH operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at all times.

Team Management: Lead and develop a structured team:
Restaurant Manager → Supervisors → approx. 10 FOH team members -
Service Standards: Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness across all areas.

Operational Management: Manage rotas, staffing levels, and daily service flow to meet business demands.

Health & Safety: Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company procedures.

Customer Focus: Handle customer feedback professionally, turning issues into positive outcomes.

Commercial Awareness: Support sales growth through efficient operations and excellent guest engagement.
About You

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy hospitality environment.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

Highly organised with excellent operational and time-management skills.

Calm under pressure and confident managing high-volume service.

Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality and service excellence.

Flexible and adaptable, with a hands-on approach to leadership.
