Location: East Bridgford Garden & Home Fosse Way, East Bridgford, Nottingham NG13 8LA

Hours: Full-Time, 42.5 hours per week, including alternate weekends

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

An exciting opportunity has recently arisen at East Bridgford for an Outdoor Leisure & Christmas Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of this key department.

The Role:

As Outdoor Leisure & Christmas Supervisor, you will support the Department Manager in the daily operation of the department, ensuring high standards of merchandising, stock control, and customer service at all times.

You will be a visible presence on the shop floor, motivating the team and helping to deliver an exceptional retail experience, particularly during peak seasonal trading.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the ordering, merchandising, and management of stock, including slow-moving lines

• Help create inspiring displays and ensure POS materials are accurate and up to date

• Maintain excellent retail standards and a clean, well-presented shop floor

• Assist customers with product advice, ordering, and carry-to-car service

• Support the supervision of the team, including daily task allocation

• Deputise for the Manager when required, including opening and closing duties

• Follow action points from reports, floor-walks, and Head Office guidelines
