Position: General Assistant Plants

Location: Cadbury Garden Centre, Smallway, Congresbury, Bristol BS49 5AA

Hours: Part-time 32 hours/ 8 hours ( 2 positions available)

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

We are looking for a Plants General Assistant to join our team at Cadbury Garden Centre. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys a varied working day and delivering excellent customer service in a vibrant retail environment.

The Role:

This is a busy and rewarding role working across our indoor and outdoor plant areas, ensuring our plants are presented to the highest standard and our customers receive knowledgeable, friendly advice.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Caring for and maintaining plants, including watering, deadheading, and general plant husbandry

• Providing friendly, helpful advice to customers on plant selection and basic care

• Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and presentation across plant areas

• Assisting with deliveries, pricing, and replenishment of plant stock

• Supporting seasonal changes and displays throughout the year

• Working outdoors in all weather conditions as required
