Dahlia Bishop Of Llandaff

The original favorite of the ‘Bishops ’Dahlia 'Bishop of Llandaff' bears bright red single flowers, in contrast with deep purple black foliage, throughout the Summer. It's ideal for growing in a mixed herbaceous border. The Bishop series is a deservedly popular range of Dahlias and has some of darkest foliage of all, they produce an abundance of flowers throughout the Summer until Autumn. The large single flowers are very attractive to butterflies, bees and other pollinating insects. Used in containers and bedding schemes, Dahlias provide continuous colour throughout the Summer until the first frosts. They are easy to care for and will grow well in partial shade too.
