Price Promise

Whichever Blue Diamond Garden Centre you visit, we want you to feel confident that you are paying the best price in your local area. We pride ourselves on offering quality products at fair prices - so much so that if you find an identical item at a competitor, we will double the difference in an e-voucher for money off your next purchase!

Our Price Promise Terms & Conditions

Our Price Promise scheme applies to any item; however, there are some terms and conditions below.

  • The products must be identical. Matched products must be in stock and have the exact same product specification, quality, brand, size and colour, and be sold with the same service conditions. For some items, multiple size specifications may be used, such as plants where both pot size and height are used to specify a product match.
  • Products must have been purchased in a Blue Diamond Garden Centre within 14 days of the application being made. Where products are being delivered, the 14-day limit applies from the date of delivery. We do not price match items bought from our restaurants, event tickets, concession items, alcoholic drinks, gas, fuel, stamps & other post office items.
  • We provide a list of our main competitors to whom our Price Promise currently applies - it does not apply to anyone not on the list, and we reserve the right to at any time remove retailers from this list; however, we do welcome other suggestions please email to customerservice@bluediamond.gg.
  • We will also match our own price if we have since dropped it ourselves, up to 14 days after your purchase.
  • Even where the competitior is on our approved list, we will not match competitors in administration or closing down; coupon and auction websites; third-party resellers on e-commerce marketplaces; factory outlets; market stalls; or online retailers who dropship from outside the United Kingdom.
  • We will match promotions; however, our Price Promise does not apply to any reduced-to-clear sales, members-only pricing, flash sales, promo/voucher code reductions, cash back, or trade/bulk purchase pricing.
  • Where we agree to an internet price match, this applies only when the identical product is in stock and available to order. Postage/delivery and any other charges will be considered and factored into the Price Promise calculation. Product specifications must be confirmed and validated by our team.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided via uploaded pictures or screenshots that are clear, in focus, and captured in full. Details from the proof of purchase supplied must match those on our systems. If details do not match, those held on our EPOS system will be used and are final. The final price paid after all discounts, vouchers, offers and other mechanisms is the price that will be used for ‘our price’ when matching to a competitor.
  • Proof of competitor's price must be provided via uploaded pictures or screenshots that are clear, in focus, and captured in full. Our team must be able to verify the competitor's price, service conditions of sale, any delivery charges, and in-stock status.
  • Our Price Promise scheme does not apply to any staff or shareholder purchases.
  • Only one voucher can be claimed per purchase.
  • If your purchase qualifies for our Price Promise, we will confirm this within 7 days of receipt of your application. We will send you a Double the Difference e-voucher, no earlier than 28 days after your purchase was made that can be used for money off your next purchase in one of our centres.   • You will receive your Double the Difference e-voucher by email to the address supplied on the form. If an email address was provided at the point of purchase (either via our website or a loyalty account in-centre), this must match the address submitted on the form.
  • The terms and conditions are subject to change, and Blue Diamond reserves the right to withdraw the Price Promise at any time without notice. If the terms and conditions of the Price Promise or Double Difference Voucher change, the most up-to-date version will always be available online at: bluediamond.gg/price-promise

  • Our team's decision on all price promise applications is final.

If your claim is approved, a voucher will be sent to your inbox to use in-store at any Blue Diamond Garden Centre.

We only price match against approved competitors where the item is in stock. If the retailer is not on the approved list, we unfortunately cannot process the claim. We do not cover reduced-to-clear items, cashback offers, or similar promotions.
