Allium Summer Drummer is the latest blooming and tallest of all Allium. The tight balls, the size of a man’s fist are purple flushed white comprised of hundreds of star-shaped purple and white florets. It's a fantastic choice for sunny borders, and works well when planted in drifts with ornamental grasses and other alliums. It makes a wonderful cut flower, much loved by bees, butterflies and helpful pollinators.
